A very clever idea of using rock-paper-scissors mechanic for a real-time "fighting" game.
I quite liked the sounds, you did a good job with picking them!
As others mentioned, the game needs a way to skip the tutorial, or the tutorial itself should be more interactable instead of just an empty room.
I see why you implemented dodge that is activated when you just do nothing, but it just makes it harder to lose. In my humble opinion, if the "player" had better AI it would be more interesting to fight.
Overall, nice job! The idea of being the villain is not unique but the idea of counterattacks is very clever!
