  • The main menu looks good

  • The player’s walking animation doesn’t really look like walking - it’s more like hopping. I feel like it’s also quite slow compared to the player’s movement speed

  • The art doesn’t really mesh well together. On their own they look good but combined it’s all a bit jarring. I imagine this is because you used graphics from a variety of asset packs

  • Good visual feedback but some audio feedback would help a lot

  • When slimes die they continue moving while the death animation is playing which looks a bit weird

  • Some of the animations feel a bit unresponsive. For example, when the player dies there’s a bit of a delay between death and the animation playing which feels quite unnatural

  • The tiles flicker a bit while moving

  • I wish getting a new elemental didn’t automatically switch to it. There have been a few moments where getting a new elemental actually caused my death because I didn’t react in time (to switch back)

  • The spike hitbox feels a tad too big
