The game looks nice. I like the color scheme as well as the hero sprite and animation. Music and a couple of additional sound effects would have added to the atmosphere.
I found the controls a little too slippery--it took me a while to get used to this much inertia.
Note that I got stuck on the "red platform" room. I can reach the final floor on the left, where the book is, but once I land I am no longer able to control the character. I tried this level several times, but I couldn't get past this point.
