When I get touched by electric eels, I always immediately die even though I still had 3 lives left, is that on purpose?

For the electric eel, it depends how long you're exposed to electric. You can lose all your lives or some of them. But may be I should tune it a bit. It's too fast and most of the time you lose all your lives, you're right.
Also more fish you eat, it becomes more uncontrollable. Fish becomes faster and acceleration gets higher. May be I should have added some explanations on the homepage.
