For some reason, this makes me think of the Studio Ghibli movie Porco Rosso. Such a nice relaxed vibe, and it really does have the feel of northern Mediterranean architecture. For me, maybe the one thing that could be improved would be scaling down the pattern in the water texture so it matches the level of detail of the building and "fits" into the scene, better. Otherwise, great work!
