Thanks for the feedback! Yeah, it is a school project done in 5 days, with no prior Unity experience, thus a lot of assets are borrowed or reused from somewhere. The mouse-look speed can be adjusted in the pause menu, which can be brought up with Tab. The difficulty curve was planned to be steep, to "force" the player to experiment with different builds and strategies, as well as not always succeed. Perhaps it is too difficult in its current state though.
