OH just kidding, if anyone has this problem then turn of GeForce Experience. it will work from there!
Geforce xp doesn't support the game so why would it interfere
I dont really know, but it was on in the background and the notification in the top right to push ctrl + z kept showing up, and once it did the game would crash. so i just stopped it and it worked. razer synaps made the same problem. it could just be my pc, idk.
