i keep getting this crash every time "ScriptError: Name (u'game/animations_and_flags.rpy', 1547521970, 1) is defined twice, at game/animations_and_flags.rpyc:3 and game/scripts/animations_and_flags.rpyc:3."
Some of the files got re-organized (i.e some files from 0.11 got moved from HH/game to HH/game/scripts), so it doesn't replace everything perfectly if you just paste everything wholesale over the previous version. It's a pretty easy fix.
Go to the "game" directory inside the Harem_Hotel folder
Delete all contents not inside a folder and replace with the contents of the new version
