Francis wakes up and tries to walk she can only walk a little she goes to her room taking the sheets off of the bed and walks downstairs and put them in the washer she's goes back up stairs but falls on her way up
Cas hears the thump and wakes up with a start

He runs out into the hall and sees Francis on the stairs. He picks her up
