I don't really understand how "bet" and "up" could be related when you are talking about "this face up", they mean different things. Perhaps that is a relation that exists in French but if so I am unaware of a Spanish equivalent.
Ah whoops, I didn't explain: this is for the backgammon doubling cube/die, where the top face is used to show the size of the bet (it's got faces with 2, 4, 8, 16, 32, and 64). The English version currently goes 2_UP, 4_UP etc., the French version basically goes BET_2, BET_4 (but in French it's MISE_2, MISE_4 etc.).
