I mentioned this on twitter, but I just wanted to make a more clear and formal request.
What I was hoping for was a version of this where every element gets its own, unique color.
For example:
Hair
Hair Shadow
Clothes Accent
Clothes Accent Shadow
Face
Eyes
Weapons
Hair Ties
etc etc etc
If each one had a unique color, I could then throw it into my palette swapper tool and do some REALLY cool stuff with it.

You can edit it yourself you know, what you are asking for is a very unusual and bespoke feature

Yeah, I tried. But there are a few places where it's ambiguous where the hair begins and the clothes end. Ultimately, you are right, it's a big ask. And, honestly, palette swapping it still looks pretty awesome.
