The whole difference is in the principle of the engines installed by APK:
“Harem Hotel” - Renpy - 1 file (>~ 1.90 GB) - offline installer;
“Honkai Impact 3” - Unity - 2 main installer files (.obb and .data) - online installer.
Different engines and different assembly principles, so it’s not correct to compare them.
