When you unzip the zip folder, try 'The Unarchiver.app' instead of 'Archive utility'.
Or, try this:
Go into your "System Preferences > Security & Privacy" settings and in the "General" tab, there's an option you can select:
Allow apps downloaded from:
Anywhere.
