if you mean files like this "New_Characters_48x48", add them that way and they should work
also with the icon ballon will i need the yanfly plugin?
I don't know which plugin might do the trick cause I'm not an RPG_Maker expert, all the stuff in the RPG_Maker folder are intended to be compatible without any plugin installed
i just dont know how to make the character show the clock icone emote when someone does something :\
