He cannot defeat a stand that has Omnilock. Also, his power only works in this universe and he would have to make his stand and consciousness go to other dimensions in order for it to work there and that requires so much energy to do.
Ok but that doesn't nerf it, like at all. Its still OP. It would work if it was like a Made in Heaven scenario, just taken farther, like "I have attained heaven, now I must obtain THE UNIVERSE!" or something. Feels like a end of the entire jojo manga type of stand too.
