can someone also tell me what are the requirements to be able to walk on arion while he's doing it with the blacksmith, I don't understand what (WIP) means, I don't wanna miss out on that but I don't know what to do to have that option available.

Meaning, they're still working on it so it's not finished therefore it's not in the game yet.
