Hey there! As catching said, I suggest you take a look at the walkthrough to see where you could have lost points (for example, did you win the game vs Tom at the party?)
funny you'd point out the one thing i thought wasn't able to influence in any way. now that i've read up on it, i should've been more friendly with the doorman it seems :)
