I got an error: d3dx9_43.dll is missing while launching Graveyeard.exe (Win7 SP1 x64)
Try to update Direct X on the Microsoft website. If that doesn't work, then just try to download the .dll file and putting it in the proper folder. Hopefully this helps you out t4t!
