And it looks like even the ZX Spectrum Next (a beefed-up version of the classic British computer) community has noticed it: https://www.facebook.com/groups/specnext/permalink/1412682115755771/ People in the comments there started even wondering what would it take to port satryn to this retro computer...

Well, there are some interesting efforts to bring indie games to retro hardware, check out for instance Limbo for Commodore 64 or Cave Story for Sega Genesis. A floppy or cartridge with satryn could really look interesting on a shelf. :)

that's so cool! i never owned a zx spectrum myself, but i did play a java port of jet set willy growing up, which was quite a formative game for me. i am enamored with the graphical limitations of the machine, and thus hoped to capture that feeling for the art in this lil game. :) if someone does want to port it, they have my blessing. (because i'm sure not going to do it!) :p
