You can add songs but not new characters, look in mods and then charts.txt or whatever.
uhhh step by step i didn't understand the "whatever" part
That mod isn’t just extra files. It’s extra code. New characters not yet implemented. Also for the code part, it would be possible if both of the mods are open source. But open sourcing this project, would mean a lot of exploits.
