Maybe you already found the way to get the ending, but it's called survivor, and you have to stay home and not interact much with Amy, if your character says "I want to go to the bathroom" go there, after that, you will see may. I hope this works!
i think you only have to respond w notes to amy,,
i mean, it does have a trigger warning for suicide in the description
