Hey! Not sure what you mean, but there isn't a proper pregnancy route yet, as much as certain characters can get pregnant! Since its an optional kink, that means it won't tie significantly into the main route. However, there's certainly a possibility for a pregnancy focused side route at some point!
And I'm always adding new clothing options to the game! Haven't focused much on held items, but there's plans for more varied stuff there! And I am, hope you're well too!
