same here! I'm having to migrate and replay all my favorites as they fall back on that buggy joi-crash thing.

I didnt say to forget about apk, I just asked for little Joiplay optimization with buttons.

Anyway, I dont get what problems there could be with Joiplay at all - never got any problems with missing files or crashes (I played many games using it, including Harem Hotel).

or... Just do an OBB. The APK in those is usually less than 50MB and you just move the OBB folder and game data where it belongs, and offer the whole thing as a .zip

Honestly, Im not sure if this is possible to make an obb file for renpy game. Actualy, I didnt met any renpy game for adroid with obb for now and also I talked with one developer who told me that this is impossible to make renpy game this way with currently avalable programms. Probably it is possible to make it manualy, but I imagine that this will be a huge ammount of work.

I have seen it done with Sisterly Lust which is also in renpy, the APK is 25MB and the .OBB is 800+ MB. I'm not sure how difficult it would be, but it is possible and seems more practical.
