I was hoping we'd be twins from the artwork. I find the music to be oddly addicting but reminiscent of a lemmings game. I'm not sure it fits this genre but it's a fun addition either way. The one major issue I had was I kept trying to shoot but couldn't even with the power ups which I had no idea how to use. Then when the screen went gray and showed four ships, I was like "Ok...do I pick a new one?" So, it wasn't until I read the rules that I really got it. I'm not one for spoon-feeding but this concept went waaay over my head. Once I finally got into the idea though, it made more sense. While it is cute, I worry that this game will have a very samey feel after a level or two. How might you change things up to keep it going?

Great feedback! I was hoping to add a 10-second countdown in the corner of the screen once you find a power-up, but I ran out of time, which is pretty ironic
