Really nice game you did there. The music is relaxing and I like the ambient sound that makes it more "forest-like". I like the theme and the fact you added background elements (painted trees, bushes, and clouds, etc). I like the light mechanics also, the upgrade possibility in-game, and the fact we can "crushé the bugs haha

I think it would be nice to add the possibility to play with the arrows, but it's not a real issue really. In the beginning, I think the dialogues are going too fast, it would be nice to let the sentence on screen and let the player decide when they want to go to the next sentence/line. Maybe it would be nice to explain somewhere what we should avoid and collect (but this was actually pretty straightforward. Also I would make the upgrade interface clearer in terms of "the user should click to choose an upgrade). The first time I opened it, I thought those were bonuses I could find in the game directly, but then I understood we could choose upgrades (but again, minor issue)

Well done!

Hii! Thank you so much for playing, but especially for your well thought out feedback! We truly appreciate the time you have put in writing the feedback.

The game should work with arrows as well, but I think we forgot to mention that! I agree with you about the intro and to be honest, we have learned so much from other contributions in the jam - one of them being the stretching out the dialogues/giving control to user having a "Continue" button etc.. Also thanks a lot for the feedback on the instructions like "click on the upgrades". Sometimes we get too excited and forget to put in the basics and it is a blessing to have a community like the one here on Itch tell us about these misses.
