I have the same problem as this guy, I reinstalled the game yesterday and it just started glitching out. Then I tried playing another rpg maker game on my phone: Same thing happened. So my guess is that some Android update started messing with rpg maker games, so I guess there ain't much to do but to wait for it to be fixed and play on browser.
