Anyone know how to get the last 3 Playercards (Normal) for Lucy, Evie and Sunny? Did I miss an event?

Can you still just manually set the system date to Halloween and have the event launch? I guess I should just try
maybe you can.. But i never tried that method, because i already have all the cards before the event end.
