He hears the noise of a knife being drawn on a rooftop nearby and starts sprinting over to it
He climbs up the fire escape and sees the guy, who is armed with the knife
Lukas has disarmed the man and has him in a chokehold, other arm pinning the guys arms back. It is worth noting that this man is MUCH larger and more beefy than Lukas, and he's just-he's just completely wrecked him. He grins
"Oh, hey Kats!"
"Hey are you like-the authorities around here? Am I supposed to hand this guy over to you?"
