Hell is a real place. I've been there. Well, not in it per se but driving near it on the freeway. It's a sleepy little community near Ann Arbor (think blue and maize college football colors if you need a clue) and it is for sale as of late 2016. Not sure if anyone bought it, I did hear one YouTuber may have tried to fraudulently buy the town, but he subsequently lost custody of it due to inappropriate town proprietor conduct on his part. The best deal of all is that the sticker price is less than a million dollars. If you're an existing millionaire you can buy a town named Hell in Michigan for only your entire net worth, ASAP.
