They're Patreon-only for now, but I think that we may be able to release them to public after some time. Additionally, if Rook lets me, I may implement a few utility passwords myself and make them available for everyone.
The passwords are for additional game-modes that have no real bearing on the story. For example the only password currently implemented unlocks Shirtless mode where all of the sprites are shirtless regardless of where you are in the story.
