Okay this is quite an acomplishment for this short of time. There is lot going on, this are few things that pop up to me while playing. 

LIKE:

  • Assets, I am not sure how much of stuff you made and how much are free assets you used, but the level is filled with stuff, and some of the assets are extremly high quality.
  • UI and Icons are very well made and perfectly describe, what is going on.
  • Love the sound of foremen giving orders.
  • Music that fits the theme.
  • I like how they go play table tenis, when morale is low, and animation after they have to go back to work.

Gameplay wise it could be really good, if it was better balanced. Right know it felt kind of frustrating becouse:

  • Worker stats changed too fast, to the point I thought everyone need everything all the time.
  • Imidietly after going on lunch break or other actions, stats started falling, which was indicated by down icon showing at the same time with up icon. There should be at least little of satisfied time.
  • First two points basicly caused that instead of 3 workers you had one. I am not even sure if you can give one worker alone command, instead of morale buff.
  • All of that basicly turn the experience into pure button smashing, breaking the cycle of randomly giving orders only when someone was down.

But those are all aspects of game testing, which can be easily modified.

It's hardly to tell, would be the game giving more Fun, if it'll be perfectly balanced.

We tried to make more forgiving balance, but playtesters pretty fast found themselves frustrated by unbusiness.  

Last thing that I've mentioned is that easy balance leads to new additional mechanics.


Anyway, thanks again for advices, we'll sure think over them.
