Ah, I think I got lucky then. I installed TreeSize but found no files related to Python or any other large files that I didn't recognize. I don't have the postgres folder either. Maybe because I installed GodAI but it eventually failed to run (despite following the instructions and changing the .yml file).
My only hope now is that there isn't still some sort of background process that may be running on my laptop as a result of it, slowing it down/draining the battery.
Have you managed to identify any such process? Either way, thank you so much for replying and for your help!
