I couldn't run it and I don't know why :,(
what os do you using ? do you have .NET? idk if .NET is neccessary or not but id say it helps. this should run on windows 7 and 8 and 8.1 and 10. maybe the problem is you have 32 bit os but the .EXE is 64 bit?
also was there an error when you ran it? if then what was it?
