Someone in a black military uniform has grabbed Lukas and is starting to haul his ass down a dark alleyway
Lukas is struggling against the guy, kicking and screaming muffled screams due to the man having his hand over Lukas's mouth. Blackness starts rising rapidly up Lukas's arms-and the guy chloroforms his ass, causing Lukas's eyelids to flutter
???: "Stand down. I'm just carrying out orders."
???: "And why not? The guy's a menace to society-he needs to be put back in a contained space where he can be watched and controlled."
???: "You know I can't do that."
