Nice. I can definitely see myself using this. Simple but effective.

I kinda like not having the time displayed as I’m working but at the same time it’d be nice to see my current progress. Maybe a lap option that shows the elapsed time but keeps on counting progress?

The only real issue I have is not being able to start the tracker by hitting Enter on the tracking description line.

It’s a little heavy at 22MB, for what it is, but not a deal breaker.

Overall, I didn’t know I needed this in my life.

Thanks for your feedback! The lap option is a good idea. Although you can achieve the same effect currently by clicking the start/stop button twice. I'll definitely add the ability to start with enter. The heaviness is a side effect of turning a python program into an executable (and having to bundle python with it), and I don't think I can fix that directly, but I may look into turning it into a python package that other python users can easily install.
