Cool theme, cool actions. A lot of counters on the board that need to be tracked. There's a lot to like. Solo games are hard to keep interesting.
Will playtest this one for sure and give more thoughts.
The noise counters make a lot of sense, though I ran into some smaller issues with other elements; the Target, for example, says it will take "move actions" but I wasn't sure if that meant two Dash actions or two Walk actions and so on.
The Noise counters were an interesting element of Dual Purpose Design, but they didn't really seem to have more than one purpose; you generated them, you didn't want to generate them, and guards went towards them.
