Wow, I'm very impressed with what you managed to come up with in such a limited time! The driving mechanics feel really solid and I'm sure that's something that's not so easy to get right. Played with a controller and the controls felt tight. Very cool design for the karts and characters, also I was very impressed by the amount of graphical detail in the first track. Minus points for the canyon level's empty car that kept griefing me :P, it seriously managed to mess up my lead! Wish there was a mini map and too bad the assets for the weapons were placeholder, but I guess there was just not enough time.

Thanks, I appreciate it!  Godot has a built-in vehicle physics system that worked nicely, though there was still lots of fine-tuning to get it feeling good.  I probably should have used some of that time to flesh out the tracks and add some missing elements (I threw in the ghost car at the last minute just because the canyon was so empty), but that's how it goes
