Are you having the same issue with other applications or games made with Unity, or with any games in general - or only with PuzzleGraph?
I have never made a video in my life so I don't think I can. But I can describe it as much as I can.
The issue i found is that sometime a one way passage can be crossed in the wrong direction.
Some other time but this one is consistant, putting a door between the player start and the goal but no trigger for it, changing if the door is open or close manually does not change the graph nor does having the door open in by default let you go through. It only lets me go through if I opened the door via a trigger
