Could you make it multiplayer and when you get downed once your health reaches 100 again you get back up.
Nope, multiplayer can’t be added. And if you want to get back up buy self revive
Yeah you can publish your game on steam once finished and put c# steam implementation if you want
Or you can add bots to play with
