Yeah it's been a while since I've been on an outfit binge.
The dress up stuff is as important to me as anything else in the game, but I needed to make sure I have a game first.
Most current outfit items were made in a 2 month period a while ago, I'll do it again sometime very soon. Rest assured I'll be adding a lot, including dresses. Dresses and Pants were skipped due to lacking undress features earlier in development.
As for layering it varies, I'd rather not have to make clothing too bulky to compensate, but I'll see what I can do.
