Thanks for the extra reports. I'm actually aware of the game save issue and will have it fixed with the new save system in the next update. I'll look into the water respawning one as well.
Thanks! It’s also worth noting that the “Sludge Wilds” woman did spawn in, I was just somehow looking in the wrong place.
