Oh, mail them back saying that a hater named @cs123456789- was hating on you and all your games and just tell the truth and be honest, also, you shouldn't have created the account called @Uvkid, creating a new account while a ban provokes the Scratch Team, and they get more suspicious about you that is why I was careful in my ban, anyways, I have mailed the ST and I am sure they will give you another chance :)
