(SPOILERS!!!)
When you die, you continue the game as Cuz. Think of it as an extra life, but not quite:
- Cuz doesn't have an active or passive
- Cuz takes all of YV's mutations except for the Ultra. However, he will have to manually pick up anything YV "dropped" (previously equipped weapons + pets). He doesn't take any of YV's stored ammo either, excluding a bit from the weapons that were dropped.
