Hey, nice one! Simple, and I so much like the idea that the gold weighs you down. Perfect application of the theme. Unfortunately the game didn't do much to bring that more on focus. I could tell I was becoming slower, but there are no opportunities for that to show, like for example a timer, or someone faster chasing you etc. If you can come up with a way to force the player to be strategic about it (like offload the gold somewhere first and 'bank' it and then continue collecting more) then this could be a fun little simple game.
