You can select multiple files as a input. It will work.
Does that mean the same parameters will be applied to all? I'd love to be able to test different settings on the same file, with batch queuing, if that's something that could be implemented in future.
Yes, the parameters will be used on all files.
Multiple settings for the same video is something that have in the future, but it will still take some time.
