This one didn't really capture the "so bad it's good" magic for me. It's somewhere between "just okay" and "good, but flawed". It's hard to describe "so bad it's good" and thus hard to describe why this one doesn't have that feel, but I'll try my best.
At its core it's a pretty straightforward space shooter. The graphics are simple, but not bad. I didn't love the sound design, but there's nothing that really stood out as awful or weird about it. I wish the movement speed was a little faster, and the powerup needs to be more distinctive versus the enemies, but those are minor tweaks. It could use more progression and maybe a boss or two, but that's scope, not fundamentals.
On a side note, running this game was pretty scary. I had to overrule SmartScreen twice, and then when I ran the game it immediately installed itself somewhere and threw shortcuts onto my desktop and start menu.
