On Windows 10 (64-bit), quicksaves and autosaves don't appear in the load game screen.  They do exist in the games/saves directory, though, and if you rename your quicksave as if it was a regular save (e.g., 1-2-LT1.save), it will appear in the UI and be able to be loaded.

Ak. That sounds like a troublesome one! I'll bring it to the programmer's attention the next time we speak and get it fixed in the next version. Thank you for the report!
