This was actually really fun, I like the trade off between spending the armor on the abilities or for keeping your upgraded weapons. I couldn't beat the boss for the life of me though :D I think adding an extra mechanic to force you to use armor or dodge might make the resource management more important and interesting!

Thanks! Yea I definitely wanted a better balance in the resource management, originally planned a few extra abilities like overcharging your weapons for a brief time at a high cost to armor, as well as a few enemy tank varieties that would've pushed you to use the abilities, may implement some of that stuff in an update at some point.
