Thank you so much for your kind comments!! We made the wobbling lines (I like to call them lines that are free in the wind) by animating an image using four frames. For example, if you wanted to animate an apple with those lines you would draw it out and use onion skins to draw on the next frames. Don't worry about getting the frame to match the one before perfectly because then you will lose the beautiful wobble! I mostly always use four frames for things like the characters' faces and three for big complicated things like the environment. I don't recommend using two frames because it usually looks too jittery! We will definitely check out your game as soon as possible :D!!
