I got some serious Papers, Please vibes from the gameplay. I think it would only need some sort of narrative or something to push this beyond gamejam level.
Believe it or not, I've actually never played Papers, Please before! I'm sure a narrative would be very interesting.

Yeah, just a bit that peaks one's curiosity beyond the sheer challenge would be nice.
